Processing Time: The majority of our products are "Made to Order". We strive to make the items and ship them within 3-5 business days. For many of our wood items, it can take up to two weeks to make before the item is shipped. We will contact you if your item will take an extended period of time to create.

Return Policy: Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not allow returns. Refunds MAY be offered if the item arrived damaged and/or in an unacceptable manner. Please contact us directly if there was an issue with the item. We will always do our best to make it right!

Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, items may not match photos exactly. Many of our items are created with wood or wood type products. Please be aware that there may be inconsistencies in the look of some of the items when compared to the photos.

Can I cancel my order?

The majority of our products are "Made to Order". If you need to cancel your order, please contact us directly. It may be possible to cancel the order within 24 hrs. if we have not created the item that was ordered in that time frame. Once we have created your item, cancellations are not allowed.
